Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati

Day 3: Shillong to Cherrapunjee (Approx. 2 hours, 55 km)

  • Explore Thangkharang Park for breathtaking views.
  • Enjoy the lush green landscapes and waterfalls.
• Overnight: Cherrapunjee

Day 4: Cherrapunjee – Nongriat Trek

  • Embark on a trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat.
  • Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the dense forest and natural pools.
  • Return to Cherrapunjee after the trek.

Day 5: Cherrapunjee to Mawlynnong and Dawki

  • Visit Mawlynnong Village, Asia’s cleanest village.
  • Walk on the Living Root Bridge near Mawlynnong.
  • Drive to Dawki and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River.
  • Option for kayaking or boating on the river.
• Overnight: Shillong

Day 6: Shillong to Kaziranga National Park (Approx. 6 hours, 250 km)

  • Drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Check-in and relax amidst the serene natural surroundings.

Day 7: Kaziranga Safari

• Activities:
  • Early morning elephant safari to spot the one-horned rhinoceros and other wildlife.
  • Afternoon jeep safari in the western range for a chance to see tigers, elephants, and migratory birds.
  • Enjoy local Assamese cuisine at your lodge.
• Overnight: Kaziranga

Day 8: Departure
