  2. Booking & Payments
    All bookings are subject to availability.
    A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
    Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the agreed timeline.
    Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier updates.
  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
    Some services (flights, hotels, visa fees) may be non-refundable.
    No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
  4. Travel Documents
    Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required documents.
    DS Holiday will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.
  5. Changes & Modifications
    Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.
    DS Holiday reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political conditions, or supplier issues.
  6. Liability
    DS Holiday acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
    We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused during the trip.
    Any disputes related to services must be resolved directly with the service provider.
  7. Travel Insurance
    Travel insurance is highly recommended for all Traveller.
    DS Holiday is not responsible for any financial losses due to cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
  8. Force Majeure
    DS Holiday shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
  9. User Responsibilities
    Users must provide accurate information while booking.
    Any misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may lead to cancellation without refund.
  10. Intellectual Property
